Please read these terms carefully before using the jk33 platform. These rules form a legal agreement between you and us and set out the conditions for using the service.
Introduction and Definitions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jk33 platform and all its services. By registering an account, logging in, or using any service on jk33, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
Definitions
- "Platform" — refers to the jk33 website, application, and all related services.
- "User" or "You" — any person who has created an account on jk33 or is using the service.
- "Account" — your personal user account registered on the Platform.
- "Deposit Amount" — the amount of funds deposited into your account.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

Account Registration and Management
When registering an account on jk33, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination.
3.1 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the jk33 support team immediately.
3.2 Account Closure
You may request closure of your account at any time. Make sure to withdraw any remaining funds before the account is closed. jk33 reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:
- If the Terms are violated.
- If evidence of fraud or fraudulent activity is found.
- If evidence of managing multiple accounts is found.
- If a bonus or promotional offer is misused.
- If any attempt is made to disrupt the normal operation of the Platform.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
jk33 supports the most widely used digital payment methods in Bangladesh, making your transactions easy and secure.
4.1 Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).
- No additional charge applies at the time of deposit (third-party payment processor fees may apply).
- Deposited funds must come from your own personal source — funds from borrowed or illegal sources are not acceptable.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 5).
jk33 may request additional documents to verify transactions. This is done for your protection and is part of our anti-money-laundering policy.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
jk33 provides various types of bonuses and promotional offers for its users. Each bonus has its own terms that must be read before acceptance.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
- New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
- For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving you ৳2,000 to use in total.
- Another example: deposit ৳18,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving you ৳26,000 in total.
- Each account can receive the welcome bonus only once.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 20x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Misuse Prohibited
- Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits is prohibited.
- Attempting to withdraw with minimal activity after receiving a bonus will result in the bonus being cancelled.
- jk33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.
- If bonus misuse is proven, the account may be closed and funds may be forfeited.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
- A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled.
- In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of an event or game, jk33's decision is final.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the relevant bet may be cancelled.
6.2 Sports Betting
jk33 offers live and pre-match betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA and other leagues), kabaddi, and many more sports. Betting odds may change at any time and the final odds will apply.
6.3 Casino Games
The jk33 casino section offers slots, live casino, fishing games, and many other types of games. Each game has its own payout structure. All games are run by fair and transparent algorithms.
VIP Program and Loyalty Benefits
The jk33 VIP program has five tiers. Through regular gaming activity you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy greater benefits:
- Bronze Tier — up to 0.2% cashback per week.
- Silver Tier — up to 0.4% cashback per week.
- Gold Tier — up to 0.6% cashback per week.
- Platinum Tier — up to 0.8% cashback per week.
- Diamond Tier — up to 1.0% cashback per week and exclusive benefits.
VIP cashback is automatically credited to your account each week. jk33 reserves the right to modify the VIP program structure at any time, but users will be notified in advance before any existing benefits are reduced.
Security and Data Protection

8.1 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as legal action:
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
- Placing bets using bots or automated software.
- Attempting to exploit any bug or flaw in the game system.
- Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Fraudulent conduct toward other users.
- Attempting to access another user's account.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnity Policy
9.1 Service Availability
jk33 strives to provide its service smoothly and without interruption. However, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, server upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. jk33 will not be liable for any losses that may occur during such periods.
9.2 User Responsibility

9.3 Third-Party Services
jk33 is not directly responsible for the quality or consistency of services provided by third-party game suppliers (Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.) and payment processors. The terms of these parties apply.
Changes to Terms and Dispute Resolution
10.1 Right to Make Changes
jk33 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via a notification in their account. Continued use of the Platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
